5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals included.
• Process: You must contact our support at [email protected] within the 15-day window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety, hygiene, and quality control, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Opened or used consumables (Charcoal & Pellets, Charcoal Lighters).
• Personal care/cleaning items removed from packaging (Brushes & Cleaning Tools).
• Opened or downloaded digital content (Cookbooks).
• Custom orders or items marked “Final Sale.”

Damaged or Defective Items:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and expedite a replacement at no cost to you.
